Cookies Policy

The Website (“Website”), owned, hosted and maintained by Cornerstone Intellectual Properties LLP (“the Company” or “we” or “us” or “Ourselves”) uses “Cookies” and other similar technologies to automatically collect and store information about the Users’ activities as the Users navigate through the Website.

Cookies are small data files stored on the hard drive of the Users’ device by a Website. Cookies enable us to recognize the Users and maintain their web session while they browse on the Website. Cookies are linked to Users’ personal information and the Company uses them to collect and store information about the individual usage, preferences and activity patterns of the Users on the Website, including records of their page views. However, Cookies do not give us access to Users’ device. We may combine any information about the Users that we collect automatically on the Website by use of the Cookies including user ID, registration information and any information that we maintain in our database or that we receive by any other legal arrangement.  We use this information to improve the Website, to help understand the preferences of the Users and to provide the Users with a better, more personalized experience.

Web Beacons: Certain pages on Our Website contain “web beacons” (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). These web beacons allow third parties to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the type of browser used to view the page, and the information in cookies set by the third party. Because Web beacons are the same as any other content request included in the recipe for a web page, the Users cannot opt out or refuse them. However, they can be rendered ineffective by either opting out of cookies or changing the cookie setup in the web browser.

JavaScript: The Website also uses JavaScript, for example, within certain advertisements. JavaScript is a script language that enhances the functionality of Websites, particularly in respect to pictures. We do not collect any personal data via JavaScript but use it to inform various Users about how many registered Users have searched for the services provided or sought for, by such User.

The Users can choose to have his/her/its/their computer warn him/her/it/them each time a cookie is being sent, or he/she/it/they can choose to turn off all cookies as well as deactivate JavaScript via his/her/its/their browser settings. However, if the Users disable JavaScript and/or turn cookies off, some features will be disabled that make Website Users’ experience more efficient and may not function properly.
